Welcome to Grays. I'm Joanne Gray and I'm a professional, private landlord, with a portfolio of 64 house shares, bedsits, flats and houses.
I have over 25 years experience of letting accommodation in Reading and I am accredited with the National Residential Landlords Association.
Working alongside me; Hamlet Homes are a family run professional lettings business and are responsible for letting my properties - and I then manage them. With only two points of contact it means we are fully focused on your priorities and needs.

All houses are fully furnished and have communal sitting rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and
a garden. Ideal if you're new to Reading or seeking the sociability of a shared house.
Single occupancy only and sorry, no pets.
Bedsits
Bedsits in shared houses for professionals
All bedsits are fully furnished and include their own private kitchenette and sitting area.
These rooms share bathrooms and washing up/laundry facilities. Ideal if you're looking for
a little more independence and privacy. Suitable for up to 2 people, and sorry, no pets.
Flats
Flats
All flats are furnished and are light, bright and modern. A great start on the property ladder.
The one bed flats are not suitable for families, but children are welcome in the 2 or more bedroom properties.
